Invitations
The
Financial Markets Department Liquidity forecasts determine the
tenders to be held each week. Once the Financial Markets Department has finalized the tender
details, an invitation to tender for Central Bank of Samoa securities is published in
the local newspapers and Central Bank of Samoa website. The invitation outlines the
Central Bank of Samoa securities and amounts offered. It also states the closing date
for tenders and the date Central Bank of Samoa securities will be issued.
